Common Questions

Check-in time is anytime after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, subject to availability. For direct bookings, we may offer early check-in and/or late check-out at no extra charge where possible.
The minimum stay at all CHV units is two (2) nights. If you are interested in long stays of more than 30 nights, contact us directly for our best available rate.
We offer three cancellation policies: Free7, Free14, and Non-Refundable. Under Free7 or Free14, you may cancel up to 7 or 14 days respectively before check-in for a 100% refund. Under Non-Refundable, the total price is charged after booking confirmation and is not refundable.
Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved by CHV in writing before arrival. If an unauthorised pet is brought into the property, additional cleaning and related costs will be charged.
All units provide necessary arrival essentials such as tea, water, cookies, vinegar, olive oil, espresso capsules, salt, pepper, sugar, and zero-calorie sugar.
For stays longer than seven (7) nights, one complimentary mid-stay clean (‘Refresh’) is included. Departure cleaning is included, provided the property is left in a reasonably tidy condition.
Yes! Repeat guests can receive 10% off their next booking when booking directly via our website. The discount is subject to availability and applicable offer terms.
Where a property includes a private or shared pool, the pool is for registered occupants only. Guests must follow poolside signage and all applicable health and safety rules. Children must be supervised at all times.
Cyprus uses UK-style plugs (three rectangular pins). Please bring an appropriate adapter if needed. These are also widely available at airports and local shops.
If something is broken, missing, or not working upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. You will not be charged for issues that are not caused by you, provided they are reported promptly.
